No, not for most experiences. Our Passenger Ride, Intro Drive, and Pit Lane Tour require no prior experience at all. Professional instructors guide you through every step, from safety briefings to on-track coaching. Advanced experiences like the Supercar Sprint and Full Throttle programs are designed for drivers with some track experience, but our team will assess and adapt to your skill level.

There are three main options. The fastest is a helicopter transfer with our partner Balicopter — approximately 30 minutes from Bali directly to the resort helipad. You can also fly to Lombok International Airport (25-minute flight from Ngurah Rai, then a 30-minute ground transfer). The most affordable option is a fast boat from Padang Bai or Serangan, taking 2-3 hours. We can arrange any of these transfers for you.

We operate a capped liability model. All experiences include comprehensive insurance coverage. In the event of damage caused by driver negligence, your financial liability is capped at a pre-agreed amount disclosed before you drive. This cap varies by vehicle — details are provided during your booking confirmation and again at the safety briefing. We want you to push your limits, not worry about the bill.

Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all driving experiences — no sandals, heels, or open-toe footwear. For motorcycle experiences, we provide full leathers, helmets, gloves, and boots. For supercar experiences, helmets and racing suits are provided. We recommend avoiding loose jewellery and tying back long hair.

Our Pit Lane Tour is open to all ages and is a fantastic way for families to experience the circuit environment. Children aged 12 and above can join the Passenger Ride experience with a parent or guardian. Driving experiences require participants to be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence. The Sim Racing Lounge is open to all ages.

Safety is our highest priority. Every experience includes a comprehensive safety briefing, professional instruction, and medical standby. The Mandalika circuit is FIM Grade A and FIA Grade 2 certified — the same safety standards required for MotoGP and international car racing. All vehicles are maintained to competition standards, and our instructors hold internationally recognised qualifications. Full insurance coverage is included.

Yes. Gift vouchers are available from $129 and can be purchased for any experience or as an open-value voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for any available date. They make an exceptional gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate rewards.

Absolutely. We host corporate track days for groups of 6 to 60 guests, with four package tiers ranging from half-day team building to full-day programs with gala dinners. Our current fleet includes the Ferrari 488 GTB, Lamborghini Huracán EVO, McLaren 720S, Porsche 911 GT3, and the Radical SR3. For motorcycle experiences, we offer the Ducati Panigale V4 and Yamaha YZF-R1. Vehicle availability varies by experience tier — higher tiers offer wider selection and more seat time.

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard experiences. Peak season (June-September and December-January) and race weekend packages often sell out earlier — 6-8 weeks notice is recommended for those periods. Private circuit hire and corporate events should be booked at least 4-6 weeks ahead. Last-minute availability does occur, so it is always worth checking.

All experiences include professional instruction, safety equipment, insurance, the vehicle, and refreshments. Higher tiers add features like in-car video, telemetry data, photography, meals, and extended track time. The exact inclusions are listed on each experience page. There are no hidden fees.

Yes. Non-driving companions are welcome at the circuit. We provide a comfortable spectator area with views of the track, plus food and beverage service. Companion passes are complimentary with most experiences. For the best spectator experience, we recommend the Pit Lane Tour — it is designed to be enjoyed by everyone, driver or not.
